I have recently finished reading:

Short Synopsis **Spoiler Warning**
The earth have been invaded.... by aliens (bet you didn't see this one coming). Melanie Stryder is one of few "wild" humans - rebels who have evaded the alien souls that have taken over the Earth. With her younger brother Jamie and the man she loves, Jared Howe, Mel is on the run from souls who hunt down host bodies for use. Souls are creatures that rely upon host bodies to survive. After insertion, they erase any mental presence of the being there prior and establish a claim over the body and mind. Earth is Wanderer's ninth planet, and Mel is her ninth host body. Upon waking inside her new body, she is shocked not only by the vividness of human emotions, memories, and senses, but quickly learns that Melanie Stryder is not willing to give up her mind.

I have to say I rather enjoy reading The Host. And yes I'd prefer to read this over the Twilight series. For a start, the characters are so much more believable (I'm looking at you Edward Cullen. Two pages on how you're perfect IS NOT FUN TO READ). And the whole inter-species love triangle thing thats going on (its not as bad as it sound trust me) is definitely complex enough to keep you intrigued. The whole story itself is rather complex as it deals with the issue of violence in our world and in a way reflects on the way we socialize in this world. My only problem with this book is how slow the pacing of the story goes. The whole love triangle thing that goes on can get rather draggy at times.

But all in all, if your a fan of Meyer's work, this is a definitely must read. Even if you're not, its still a decent read if you're looking for some romantic story with a twist in it.

Not bad for a first time review =P

Ok lah I'm too terribly lazy to blog out about the whole thing. And yes I din bother taking any picture at all. Even the one I did are taken by my camera phone which would translate to crappy picture quality. The most I could say is that this year sri kl prom is a shitload better then the last.

Carbon Anniversary~~~

Wishing all the Muslims around the world a Happy Raya Aidiladha (not sure if its spelled as Aidiladha or Aidil Adha. Yes I'm that screwed up).

I was at my grandparents house the past few days. Twas boring I suppose. Not much to be done there though I brought my Nintendo DS. So I was pretty much lazing around with my DS the whole day and my mum was sorta annoyed by it. And she said something that made me go WTF?

"Ya know, you've been playing that thing for the whole day. Why don't you spend your time more wisely and go watch your grandfather sacrifice the bull" (In B.M of course)

Wtf??? So according to her watching bulls getting slaughtered is a better time spend then playing games?

Wohoo im blogging using my phone!! As quoted from Su Yee: Which is why we should all love opera mini. Why am i blogging from my phone? Because im bored. And I can.

Ok honestly right now im being a lampost. Ya know. The third guy. 2 is a couple 3 is a crowd. Im just here to make a crowd. I personally hate doing this. But considering the how much i like them both (and i was dead bored at home anyway might as well be bored with someone around. Plus they offered me free japanese dinner later. Cant resist that), i agreed to go with them.

My craving for an electric guitar came back to me. I dont know why. But its like all of a sudden i have the urge to play some real powerchord and maybe a few solo. Playing Aerosmith Dream On with my acoustic is not fun. Maybe Ill get a job at the end of the year. Plus the Yamaha store in parade started selling some Les Paul guitar and I gotta say, those guitar is smoking sexy XD. Blah typing on a keypad is annoying. Ill just end it here.

Exam's over. Fasting month started. Im holding myself better then I thought. Sure I broke ONCE AND ONLY ONCE during exam. But other then that I'm doing quite well :)

There's really not much update on my life really. Just been lazing around waiting for time to fly so I could eat. Worst off my parents will be out for a few days so I'm stuck alone at home starving. Its not that bad since I get to try out lotsa stuff at the bazaar . With my parents around my mum would be cooking and my dad would tell me not too spend too much on food. Now that theyre out I can try out lotsa neat food.

Otak-Otak + Honey Chicken Wing + Roti John + Chicken Rice = Immense hunger satisfaction + Diarrhoea. Lol.

Garhhhh I'm bored outa my head. I miss school. At least there I always have someone to crap with.
